We are extremely excited to bring back Communication and Perception training!
About the Training
Top performing leaders are great communicators and they understand that verbal and nonverbal communication are skills critical to success. Consider how body language, posture, eye contact and more can augment or undermine your message. Used in conjunction with verbal communication, these tools can help punctuate, reinforce, emphasize, and enliven your message. Nonverbal cues help create shared meaning in any communication.
This workshop will cover the following:
Learn to have successful conversations with others
Understand the role body language plays in communication
Identify the differences in others and the effects it has on communication
Discuss how perception plays a factor in the communication process
