  • make lifestyle choices that can diminish stress

  • use various techniques to reduce stress

  • develop a long-term plan to prevent future stress

About the Trainer

Adam Coughran, MA has nearly 20 years of law enforcement experience in Orange County and has served in a variety of specialty positions. He has facilitated training in safety, security and leadership for Brandman University since 2016 and currently serves as President of Safe Kids Inc., an organization that teaches students, schools and business how to conduct themselves during a violent event. Adam received his Master’s Degree from Chapman University and holds advanced certifications from various organizations including the California Commission on Peace Officer’s Standards and Training, Instructor Development Institute.
