CarlsbadConnects app launches Nov. 2

Updated: Nov 2, 2020

As part of the ongoing digital transformation process, the city is implementing a new service request app called CarlsbadConnects to replace the existing app, Carlsbad@YourService. The new app will provide a significantly improved customer experience and offer some additional features. The new app will allow community members to:

  • Report road hazards, traffic light outages, graffiti and other things in need of repair around the city quickly and conveniently

  • Connect with Code Enforcement to report code violations like homeless encampments, unpermitted construction and other infractions

  • Access registration for Parks & Recreation and Library activities

  • Access bill payment options and much more!

CarlsbadConnects will be available to staff members and existing Carlsbad@YourService users for download on iPhones starting on Monday, Nov. 2. The app will be available to Andriod users in the coming days. After about a 30-day period the app will be promoted to the entire community.

The app can also be accessed on the city’s web portal at www.carlsbadca.gov/fixit

Provide feedback

We are asking staff members to give the app a test drive during this 30-day soft launch period.

If you see something you would like to report, please give this a try and let us know what you think. If you have any questions, comments, concerns or suggestions please reach out at carlsbadconnects@carlsbadca.gov

As always, thank you for your contribution to making our city the best it can be.
