As part of the ongoing digital transformation process, the city is implementing a new service request app called CarlsbadConnects to replace the existing app, Carlsbad@YourService. The new app will provide a significantly improved customer experience and offer some additional features. The new app will allow community members to:
Report road hazards, traffic light outages, graffiti and other things in need of repair around the city quickly and conveniently
Connect with Code Enforcement to report code violations like homeless encampments, unpermitted construction and other infractions
Access registration for Parks & Recreation and Library activities
Access bill payment options and much more!
CarlsbadConnects will be available to staff members and existing Carlsbad@YourService users for download on iPhones starting on Monday, Nov. 2. The app will be available to Andriod users in the coming days. After about a 30-day period the app will be promoted to the entire community.
The app can also be accessed on the city’s web portal at www.carlsbadca.gov/fixit
Provide feedback
We are asking staff members to give the app a test drive during this 30-day soft launch period.
If you see something you would like to report, please give this a try and let us know what you think. If you have any questions, comments, concerns or suggestions please reach out at carlsbadconnects@carlsbadca.gov
As always, thank you for your contribution to making our city the best it can be.
