The PAL (Peer Advisor Liaison) program is returning soon!
PALs are full time city employees who exemplify the city's organizational values and are paired with a new city employee to act as a friendly resource in their first few months. As a PAL you will take your PALee to lunch, introduce them to friendly faces at different city facilities, share some knowledge about the organization and be available to support and answer questions along the way.

HR is generating an interest list to gear up for the relaunch of this program. If interested, please speak with your supervisor and complete this brief form by Friday, May 27. Once this list has been reviewed and approved, we will reach out to you about next steps.
