City of Carlsbad employees are invited to shop at the Columbia Sportswear Employee Store April 22 - May 15, with deals up to 50% off retail cost for current season merchandise.

What to bring:

• Photo ID

• Proof of affiliation (city badge, business card)

• This invitation on their phone or have it printed

Employees may bring up to four additional guests. First responders and military can visit the store year round with a valid ID and bring four guests.
